What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 500 units per colour. The order can be split into up to four different styles, provided they are made from the same fabric and in the same colour.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Sample production: 10–15 days (available colours)
Production samples: 50–60 days for the correct colour and fabric
Production: 90 days
Can I order a custom-designed fabric?
Of course… we offer a bespoke development service to tailor fibres and finishes to your requirements. Tell us what characteristics you’re looking for and we’ll produce the perfect fabric to meet your expectations.

Is it essential to have a technical package to get started?
This is not a mandatory requirement. At Cotton Group Clothing, we make it easy for you to enter the world of production: if you have clear reference images, design specifications or a physical sample, our technical team can take care of creating the internal specifications and patterns needed to ensure that the final product meets your expectations.
What are the minimum production volumes?
We have set achievable minimum order quantities so that emerging brands can grow with us:
• Adult range: 500 units per colour and fabric combination. To give you greater variety, we allow you to split this quantity across 4 different styles (for example, 125 units of style A, 125 units of style B, 125 units of style C, 125 units of style D).
• Children’s and baby range: 1,000 units per colour and fabric combination. As with the adult range, you can split these into 4 styles (250 + 250 + 250 + 250).
What exactly do we mean by ‘style’?
A style refers to the unique design of a garment. For example, a crew-neck T-shirt and a hooded sweatshirt are different styles. Even if the fabrics are the same, changing the length of a sleeve or the shape of a neckline means they are considered separate styles. This is because each requires its own pattern development, size grading and specific settings on our sewing lines.
Do you offer support with pattern-making and prototyping?
Absolutely. At Cotton Group Clothing, we support you in bringing your vision to life. We offer specialised services in pattern-making, sample development and technical prototyping. The aim is to perfect every detail before moving on to the mass production phase. We use state-of-the-art computerised pattern-making software and 3D design programmes, and employ qualified professionals.
